John, I have a new weekly bet. Stink’n Lincoln screws up a 4th qtr lead with clock/time outs/play calls. What do we call it. The Tulane Effect? Brain Freeze?

Riley’s Nightmare
They should try Maiava. A new QB with an extra dimension(running) opens an extra dimension to their offense. Right now they are a 2 dimensional team. Maiava would make them a 3 dimensional team on offense.
I am pleased to have crapped out this past week. I don’t want to dedicate any brain power to thinking about how USC might do on its games going forward. I am tired of seeing the Tulane game replayed every week under LR. #4thQSoft.
USC has not released Lincoln Riley’s 10 year sweetheart coaching contract. However, LC was well represented in that negotiation. His agent/lawyer executed an historic contract of $110M. Doubtless there are standard “for cause” and ethics clauses, which operated to torpedo Athletic Director Mike Bohn. Most of what Bohn allegedly did was back at Cincinnati. But there was enough “cause” facts on campus at USC for Carol Folt to force him to walk the plank. Unless similar facts surface, USC is stuck with LC. Period, paragraph. JuJu Watkins and the USC women’s basketball program are truly awesome and have the talent and the coaching to win it all this year.
I saw them at Galen last season when they destroyed Kansas, 73-55; they were a sight to behold.
I’m looking forward to the women’s basketball season. I think USC is ranked #3 in the nation going into the season. Juju is an amazing player. I remember when Cheryl Miller came to USC and virtually revolutionized the game of women’s basketball. Juju is the same kind of talent.
