By the way John, does your contest end with the games after Thanksgiving, or does it continue on to the few games scheduled for December 4?
Originally scheduled to end after the BYU game but I am thinking of asking everyone if they would agree to extend it an extra week to cover the USC/Cal game. What do you think?
Well, the inventory of games on December 4 will be very limited, making it more difficult than usual to find that “lock” of a game. But it is your call, of course.
John– If I can be known as Laywer then TMC can be known as TMJ. Anyway, TMJ or TMC got robbed. In the past you tried to give him an extra 1000 points, so it is rational to believe you were trying to take a 1000 away from him yesterday to even the score.
However, since TMJ is apparently unavailable to defend himself this week, I would like to point out that he won the sucla bet and so his total should read 46,000, not 44,000.
Thanks for catching that, I guess it is just hard putting the word ‘win’ next to Ucla.

Also, John, As of Thursday. 11-11, I (along with my wife) will be in Hawaii celebrating my 31st anniversary until 11-20. I don’t know if I will be able to wager or even check in for next week’s games. So unless you hear differently, for the USC/Uclame game put me down for 30,000 (Thirty Thousand!!!) points on Ucla minus whatever the point spread will be.

With all the Pac12 games it is really difficult as they seem to love to cannibalize each other. Not an easy bet in any game. Mich/Penn is a true toss up, and this is the week we find out if A&M is for real or not. Not sure yet what the bet is going to be. If USC was USC I’d pick them but this team is an imposter and even against woeful Cal I can’t do it. Gotta think this one through.
Ditto. They all look 50-50 to me, and I don’t bet unless I feel I have a 60% chance. Time to play it safe this week:
