There is no MVP of the O. It disappeared in the 2nd half.

It’s amazing how hard it is to make some of these choices. I think it really shows how weak USC was this year. MVPs? You’ve got to stretch to find them on the 2018 Trojans. Makes sense on a 5-7 team that got blown-out by good teams and also lost to bad ones.

I agree. It’s amazing how many of them seemed to actually regress this year. The one notable exception IMO was Biggie Marshall, who showed considerable improvement. Maybe Ced Ware and John Houston improved too? Three is all I can think of off the top of my head. That is obviously not good.

IMO, Biggie got off with a lot of PI calls that could have been made. I guess you could say that about most all DBs.

But choosing off the entire UCLA bench and squelching any chance USC had at coming back still sticks in my craw. Literally one of the worst USC penalties I have ever seen. Hard to believe a SR captain fell for the bait like that, while Bruins were laughing their heads off at his conduct. Mission accomplished!
